How long will installation take?

Depending on the size of your property, it may take Midco a few days to get all units installed and ready for service.

Who needs to be present during property installation?

We ask that you or someone on your staff with full building access be available throughout the installation process in case we have issues with a unit or installation. Current residents do not need to be present.

How do I renew my Midco services?

Property owners will be sent a renewal letter 180 days prior to the end of your agreement, or you can call us anytime with questions about your length of contract or renewal options.

Property owners or managers can contact one of our account executives to learn about upgrade options at any time. Often, we can upgrade speeds without needing a visit from a technician.
