Retrieve My Account Username

If you’ve forgotten your username, follow these steps.

  1. Log in to My Account and, in the Forgot Username or Password area, click Username.
  2. Enter the email address you used to register for My Account for Midco Business and click Submit.
  3. Check your email for a message from Midco containing your My Account username.

Reset My Account Password

Follow these steps to reset your My Account password if you’ve forgotten it.

  1. Go to My Account and, in the Forgot Username or Password area, click Password.
  2. Enter your username for your My Account for Midco Business and click Submit.
  3. Check your email for a message from Midco containing a link to reset your password. Click the link.
  4. Enter a new password, and confirm it to reset your password.
    • Be sure to choose an alphanumeric password that’s between 8-24 characters long. A strong password should look like a random string of characters and numbers, and should not include personal information or dates unique to you.
  5. Click Save. You can now log in to My Account using your username and new password.

Edit My Account User Profile and Password

Follow these directions to edit your account.

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Click Account and User Details. From here, you can:
    • Edit your user profile, including your username and password.
    • Edit authorized users.
    • Update your account nickname.

Download Call Details

In My Account, you can download your long-distance call records for the last six months. This information is available in a .csv file.

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Manage My Services.
  3. Under My Phone, choose Manage Features.
  4. Select Download Call Detail.
  5. Find the phone number and statement month you would like to download, and select Download.
