The main part of the CommPortal Home dashboard displays your call manager settings and gives you advanced options as well.

There are two main views for this dashboard: the Business Call Manager view and the Incoming Call Manager view. Most customers will have the Business Call Manager view.

Refer to the screenshots in the dropdowns below to determine the difference between Business Call Manager and Incoming Call Manager – and understand which view you have for your account phone. This will affect which features you have and actions you can take in Call Manager.
