Call Forwarding
Turn on call forwarding
- Go to the Forwarding section.
- Select the type of forwarding you want to use.
- Immediately: Forward all calls to the number you specify.
- Busy/No Answer: Forward calls if no one answers the incoming call.
- Unavailable: Forward calls if the PBX is unavailable due to a power outage or other issues.
- Selected Callers: Forward calls to the PBX immediately if they are from selected callers. Note you must use the Edit List button to choose what caller numbers will be sent to a call forward.
- Forwarding Destinations: Allows you to configure where your forwarding services route to by name rather than number.
- Click Apply.
