How are collect calls billed to me?
Depending on where the collect call originates, some collect calls may be passed through Midco and others are billed directly from another provider. If the call is passed through Midco, a charge will appear on your monthly Midco statement.
Can I block collect calls from being accepted at my business?
Midco can only block collect calls made from callers using AT&T or Sprint as their telephone provider. To block collect calls made through these providers, contact Midco customer service. There is a one-time charge to set up collect call blocking from these providers.
