Can I block callers inside my business from making 10-10 long-distance calls?
Yes. You can restrict callers from bypassing your primary long-distance carrier to use a different one. This is often referred to as 10-10 calling, because dialing those numbers in advance of the long-distance phone number will reroute the call to another long-distance provider.
To block 10-10 calls from being made within your business, contact Midco customer service. There is a one-time charge associated with blocking these outgoing 10-10 calls.
