Dashboard

The Home dashboard is the main view for the web portal – and is your navigating point to all CommPortal functions. Your dashboard view may vary, depending on the features activated for your business and line. See the Call Manager Features and Settings section for details.

You can find additional help topics within the CommPortal.

  1. In the bottom right of the CommPortal under Support, click Help.
  2. After a new window appears, click to the various support topics to find what you need.
