Do I have to write my own script or shoot my own video?

Our award-winning production team can help you with as much or as little of the commercial process as you wish. We have expertise in creating commercial concepts, script writing, shooting video, creating graphics and editing.

How do I submit my logo or other graphics to Midco for advertising?

A creative coordinator or video producer assigned to your commercial will work with you to obtain all necessary graphic files prior to your commercial shoot. To deliver the highest quality for your advertising, we prefer the following graphic formats (in this order):

  1. Vector EPS or AI
  2. PSD
  3. PDF
  4. High-resolution JPG (300 dpi or higher)

We are not able to use thumbnail and website graphics, as their size and resolution are too small. We are also unable to use logos that are copyrighted or owned by other companies, unless express written permission is provided.

How do I submit music and other audio to to Midco for Advertising

A creative coordinator or video producer assigned to your commercial will work with you to pinpoint the right voice-over artist and music for your specific ad before your commercial shoot. If other audio must be submitted, we prefer the following audio formats (in this order):

  • MP3
  • WAV

We cannot use copyrighted music unless we have written permission from the artist or record label.

How long does it take to make a Connected TV commercial?

Connected TV commercial production time varies based on deadlines, as well as customer and Midco scheduling. Your Midco Business Advertising Consultant will provide a production schedule for your commercial.

Do I get to review my Connected TV commercial before it airs?

Yes. We will send you an email with a link to review your commercial. We will not air the commercial until it meets your approval.

We take care of minor revisions promptly. Major revisions will require rescheduling of the connected TV commercial for our production team. Some charges may apply to major changes, and your Midco Business Advertising Consultant will inform you of additional charges and details in advance of additional production taking place.

How do I know if my Connected TV ad is successful?

The measurement of each connected TV ad campaign varies depending on its goal. With each ad that we place, we use multiple metrics to determine if the ad was successful.

Your consultant will give you access to your ad reporting dashboard, you so you can view a complete set of campaign metrics. These include daily reporting on impressions and view-through rates.
