As we get closer to the transition date of November 19, 2025, there will be a few things you’ll need to do to get ready for Midco services.
- Register for My Account. This is your online portal to manage your Midco Business account. You can see your monthly statements, set up payment options and manage multiple locations. Follow our step-by-step instructions on how to set up your account.
- To create an account, you’ll need your account number and a unique PIN. For security purposes, these are sent to you separately. If you haven’t yet received these messages, please reach out.
- Sign up for auto pay and paperless billing. Streamline your billing process when you go paperless and choose automatic payments. Contact us to set up your preferences.
- Review your new services. If you haven’t already, you should receive a letter detailing the changes. If you have questions, please reach out.
