We ask that you or someone on your staff with full building access be available throughout the installation process in case we have issues with a unit or installation.
Once the technician arrives, it should take less than an hour to install a cable modem in each unit, as long as the installation space is easily accessible. Depending on the size of your property, it may take Midco a few days to get all units installed and ready for service.
