Company Directory

To add a contact:

1. Tap the Directory softkey from the idle screen.
2. Tap the Add softkey to add a contact.
3. Enter a contact name in the Name field and contact number(s) in the corresponding fields. Tap the Done softkey.

To delete a contact:

1. Tap the Directory softkey from the idle screen.
2. Select the desired contact, and then select Delete. The screen will prompt you to delete the selected item.
3. Tap Yes to continue. 

To edit a contact:

1. Tap the Directory softkey from the idle screen.
2. Select the desired contact and then tap the Edit softkey.
3. Edit the contact information. Tap the Save softkey.
