Note: If you’ve received this notification, you need to contact us to start your service or equipment conversion by the date indicated, or you risk a service disconnection.

Your professional installation.
If you're an existing Midco Business customer, we’ll schedule a free appointment to upgrade your services and equipment.
Before we can set the installation date, we may need to conduct an on-site survey. This allows a Midco field technician to assess your current wiring and equipment needs to prepare for the appointment and ensure a smooth installation.
- Not all conversions require a site survey. A Midco Business representative will let you know if one is needed for your location.
During your appointment, we’ll work to convert all internet or TV services.
