Yes. We can place a universal block on all Midco digital phone lines (except those resold through another telephone provider). This block prevents anyone from using your business phone to make 900 and other similar phone prefix calls. If someone tries to make such a call when this block is in place, the following recorded message will play: "I’m sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed."
The following phone prefixes can be restricted:
- 976, 900, 960 in AZ, CO, NE, NM, UT, WA
- 900 in SD, ND, ID, IA, WY
- 976, 900 in OR, MN
There is a one-time charge associated with blocking these as outgoing calls.
