Last Call Return

Last Call Return or Automatic Recall

Did your incoming caller hang up before you could pick up your ringing home phone? In most cases, you can call back that last caller. (Sometimes, this feature is known as automatic recall.) You can connect to the last number that made an incoming call to your business. There is a charge each time you use this feature.

How to Use Last Call Return

  1. Lift the handset, and dial *69. A recorded voice will give you the number of the call you missed, and ask if you would like to return the call.
  2. Press 1 if you’d like to connect to that call.

This feature does not work on 800 or 900 numbers, numbers outside the specified service area, and lines with call forwarding or other some other activated call services.

How to Disable Last Call Return at Your Business

Yes. Midco can disable last call return (also known as automatic recall) from being used within your business. To turn off last call return, contact Midco customer service. There is a one-time charge associated with blocking this phone feature.
