To enable selective call rejection

You can choose to reject callers without going to voicemail if they match the Reject Selected list.

  1. On the Home dashboard under Advanced Settings, click Reject Selected. The following message will display: “Callers from the rejection list will be rejected without going to voicemail.”
  2. Click the rejection list link to create your screening list.
  3. On the Selective Call Rejection Screening List window, choose List, Contacts or Extensions. Locate and select the numbers you’d like to add to your list. Click OK.
  4. Click Apply to save your changes.

You will now block the selected numbers on your Reject Selected list from ringing through to your line and your voicemail.

To remove one or more numbers from your selective call rejection list

  1. On the Home dashboard under Advanced Settings, click Reject Selected. The following message will display: “Callers from the rejection list will be rejected without going to voicemail.”
  2. Click the rejection list link.
  3. On the Selective Call Rejection Screening List window, review the List, Contacts and Extensions. Locate the numbers you’d like to remove and click the X next to them. Or to remove all, click Clear List.
  4. Click OK, and then Apply to save your changes.

To block anonymous callers

You can choose to reject callers who withhold their number – rather than the calls ringing through or going to your voicemail.

  1. On the Home dashboard under Advanced Settings, click Anonymous Callers. The icon next to this will outline in blue, indicating you want to activate this feature.
  2. Click Apply to save your changes.

Anonymous callers will no longer reach your handset or voicemail.

To deactivate the anonymous caller block

  1. On the Home dashboard under Advanced Settings, click Anonymous Callers to remove the blue icon outline.
  2. Click Apply to save your changes.
