The Network Quality Indicator on the call panel will display the current network conditions during your call.
- Green = good quality
- Yellow/orange = fair quality
- Red = poor quality
- Gray = unknown
If the indicator shows a “Poor” status and you’re on Wi-Fi, this indicates there is network congestion or a poor quality Wi-Fi signal. Try moving closer to your Wi-Fi access point.
If you’re on a mobile network and the indicator shows “Poor,” this indicates you may be:
- Between cellular towers
- Experiencing adverse weather conditions
- Nearing the maximum range of the closest tower
If possible, move closer to the tower.
