View Monthly Billing Statement

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Scroll to the Statement section to review your current and previous balance, new charges, payments received and your due date. You can also pay your statement balance by clicking Pay Bill.
  3. To view your full statement, scroll to the Billing and Payment section. On the right side, click View Statements.
  4. On the View Statements page, click Kubra Billing Statements.
  5. Locate the statement you’d like to view. Click the View button next to that particular statement.

For your own privacy and security, we can only discuss billing and payment matters by phone, secure chat or in person at one of our local Customer Experience Centers.

Sign Up for E-Statements and Manage Notification Preferences

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Click Account and User Details.
  3. On this page, you can:
    • Edit your contact preferences to tell us what notifications you’d like to receive. In the Account Contact Preferences section, click Edit Preferences. Edit your email address and check the types of notifications you want to receive, and then select Save.
    • Manage who should receive maintenance notifications (besides yourself). You can add contacts to be notified about maintenance either via text message or email. To add a contact, click the Add button. To edit or delete a contact, click the appropriate button beneath that contact’s information.

Download Call Details

In My Account, you can download your long-distance call records for the last six months. This information is available in a .csv file.

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Manage My Services.
  3. Under My Phone, choose Manage Features.
  4. Select Download Call Detail.
  5. Find the phone number and statement month you would like to download, and select Download.

If you would like to access call records from prior to six months ago, please contact us.
